This policy explains how AMLSync ("we", "us") processes personal data when you visit amlsync.com or contact us. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

Please do not send us your customers' personal data through the website contact form. Client data handled during an engagement is covered by a separate data processing agreement.
3. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some photos from Unsplash, which means your browser connects to their servers and your IP address is transmitted to them. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, acting on our instructions:
- Hostinger — website hosting;
- Web3Forms — delivery of contact-form messages to our inbox;
- Unsplash — some photos on this website are loaded from Unsplash's image servers, which receive your IP address when the page loads;
- Google (Google Workspace) — email and document storage;
- professional advisers (e.g. accountants, lawyers) where necessary, and public authorities where the law requires.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email contact@amlsync.com. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).
6. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS).
