FAQ

Common questions

How quickly can you start?

Within a month of agreeing the scope — often sooner. The main factor is how quickly access to your systems and procedures can be arranged.

Is there a minimum or long-term commitment?

No long-term lock-in. Engagements are agreed for a defined period — usually 3 to 12 months — and can be extended or ended with notice.

Can you act as our MLRO?

Our focus is supporting your MLRO and compliance function with capacity and senior expertise. Whether a responsible-officer role can be outsourced depends on your licence and the applicable Bank of Lithuania requirements — we will discuss your situation openly on the first call.

How do you handle our customers' data?

We sign a confidentiality agreement and a GDPR data processing agreement before work starts. Wherever possible, our analysts work inside your own systems with access you control, rather than receiving copies of files.

Who will actually do the work?

Experienced AML/KYC professionals who work under senior quality review, with one point of contact at AMLSync for the whole engagement. You will know who is working on your cases and what access they have.

How is pricing set?

By scope, seniority, number of analysts and duration. After an intro call we send a written proposal with a clear quote — no hidden fees.

Have a compliance gap right now?

Tell us what is piling up. In an introductory call we will tell you honestly whether we can help, how quickly, and what it would look like.
